Just rebuilt the engine and im having problems, wish someone would come in and help me out:

Wiseco pistons, 9:0:1
Eagle Rods
550cc Inj
N62 Maf
Stock head + OJ Stage 2 Hyd Cam
Holset HE341 (hy35)

I was running 12 psi BUT after 4500 rpms the turbo jumped from 12 to 17 psi and all the hoses were ok didnt see anything wrong. Im using a Jordan Gladman topmount mani, Emusa WG on the bottom below the turbo with a open dump pipe. its almost 10 inches long with curbs. I still havent figured out why i was overboosting. Tightened the banjo bolt etc. Not using the top port on the WG no boost control, just directly using a hose from the turbo housing to the side banjo bolt.

All in all, mixture was good, 11's A/F ratio on boost, timmings were 20-25 on top ranges, base timming was 20 at idle, Consult was showing 23 at idle

Tunning using Pump gas with Toulene + ATF. Timming was advanced and i still only made 250hp, 240tq..... i dont get it will start checking everything again..

You really should be getting your boost reference from the intake manifold not the compressor housing. You drop psi between the comp outlet and the intake manifold. Your intercooler is most likely a restriction. Make sure you turn the boost down after rerouting. :)

Meh, had to quit the KA, damn machine shop that put the sleeves bored really tight and the damn cylinder got scratched along with a headgasket failure. Still the engine is salvageable.

In the end I don't know what It was, I got to 310hp/tq, valve dropped. Then new pistons, sleeve, got the headgasket failure and bought and RB25 Neo. :P

Someday the KA will come back, still stored at home.
