safc2 tach signal pin 2 or 3?

I got my safc2 up and running jw wonder how youy tell if the tach signal is hooked up right? i have read its either pin 2 or 3 both wires are the same color so does it matter which one? right now i have it hooked up to pin 2 like it says om the ultimate safc2 guide

This will help if you are installing on a 95 ECU.

Yes it matters, just check and double check that you have the correct wire before splicing. It looks to be Pin 3 on an 95 S14, and Pin 2 on 91-94 S13 (KA24DE)
