Another ls coils thread.

Hey guys, Having some issues getting my car to run with my coil pack conversion. Little backround info:
The car was running stock ignition with the AEM v2 (30-6600) for over a year, so I can confirm it is a issue with set up.
The plug to coil wires are custom made by magnacore for this set up, and all coil packs work.
I used a GM harness and extended it, my power source is straight from the battery, one ground to head, one ground to chassis,and all coil wires are connected to ecu and soldered and shrink wrapped.

Basically, i'm confused on settings.
I opened aemtuner and connected to the ecu. I went into the coil wizard and changed settings to LS2 coils (PN 12573190)
I then went into the coils/inj table and turned on coils 2,3,4,
