as ryan said .. kfRed .. there is 2 fittings on back of surge one feed from walbro and one return .. then the top ss line is return from regulator, and the bottom one is a -10 feed to rail ...

turbo2nr .. the -6 line on top of surge is ran all the way under car as is the -10 feed ... there are no more facoty lines under the car ...

this setup is done correctly .. i will never have a problem with a1000 outflowing the walbro ...

thanks for your input though ...

also ryan my bad on phone it died and i tried to switch my sim card into other phone but then didnt allow me to find your number .. i got my fitting for rail today so ill be on dyno this weekend ... thanks for the help and everything man ...

now get yours done ...

super clean....are you already running e85 or getting ready for the switch (hence adding the new fuel pump setup)? Those 160lb injectors say your getting ready for some fun this season.

i have been on e 85 since the beginning of this thread ... and yeah this season should be fun ...

** new fuel system is because i maxxed out the walbro and the 160# were at 97% duty .. so it was time for some extra fuel ... now with only slightly modding tune i am back down to 65 % duty ... so plenty of room to go ...

however clutch is now slipping on 25 psi so im working on getting mine rebuild .. or buying a tilton soon ... before season ..

it is painted .. with the flame proof paint .. holds up great if you let it dry before you start driving ... do a few coats and just let it sit for a couple days before you start car and get it hot ... i havent had any issues except the exhaust scrapping paint off the huge full car speed humps ...

Alright so after switching up my setup some (due to selling it to fellow KA-Ter)... here is where I am at ..

I switched to a Master Power T70 instead of T04R
AMS Manifold instead of PFab
Custom Intake mani from Elks240 instead of stock
Custom Rail instead of JWT
EVO 4 piston Calipers/EVO rotors instead of 300zx

just to name a few ...
pics are kinda bad its a tad dark will get more soon enough

Are you still running megasquirt or did you get aem? If mega squirt, why havent you switched to megasquirt 2? Are they still having issues with it? Also are the megasquirt maps the same resolution as aem etc?

i am still on MS no aem for me ... im sticking with MS1 because it has plenty of everything and no real need to upgrade ... it works perfect so why mess with it ...

i believe aems maps are a tad larger as in overall size but pound for pound MS can do just as much for so much less ..

i havent had any issues with MS for the last year now .. the issues were when i first started using it and trying to figure out what works with what and how. now all bugs are gone and its a dream ... controls my 1600cc injectors like nothing

Umm yea, def got a few question as well, i just didnt wanna clutter your thread to hell, despite that, here it goes lol.

1. Do megasquirt 1 and 2 use the same ecu? Just wanted to know if i could start with megasquirt 2 and switch to 1 if it didnt work out.

2. What all do you have to do to run the dsm cas/ those coils? And do you have the lil sensor on your crank pully to measure angle or w/e? Is it needed to be accurate?

3.Dumb question but where do you place your map sensor? I assume it dosnt matter all that much since it measures pressure not volume, but im curious none the less.

4. Did you assemble the ecu? If so do you recommend going this route?

5. Does it come with a wiring diagram and everything for the 240? Does the cas/ coils complicate this much?

Sorry, a lot are nooob questions, but id rather them first hand from someone using it. Thanks a lot man. If i go through with buying it im sure there will be more where that came from, just trying to gauge what im getting myself into.
