dp budget drift build

i just thought it was time to post my build i should have posted from the very start but i guees better late then never. i have been building the car for about 5 months now, im posting it on here because im open to constructive critizium and any ideas.oh and just a little fyi it was in a little fender bender on the pass side with a bent lca scary to drive.

specs on the car when i got it

ok now rember the car was a automatic and we all know thats not going to work, so i took out the engine and trans at the same time, i just figured i might as well change moast of all the gaskets ect

the not so fun part of taking out the auto brake pedal and changeing it with the m/t brake pedal, god my back hurt

got some cheap ass rear subframe spacers thell do the job tho

ok front suspension so far, stance gr+pro coilovers, secchi tension rods, nismo power brace

You should route the oil feed line up behind the engine, it looks much nicer. Otherwise it looks like you are making good progress.

sti injectors are 550s, had to change the clips tho well see if they work good, i just thought why not try them they are from an 05 sti so you know they are new and 100 bucks :wink:

ya dont buy them yet ill be at the dyno in a few weeks and ill get back to you or just keep checking this thread

The only downside to the STI injectors is the pigtails, where do you get them from?

ha ha ya that was the bi*ch all i can say is mark4 supra i think the engine is a 7m sorry im not a supra guy but if i rember correct thats it.because trying to get them from a sti is a biotch after a while i gave up and just started to look into anything that was side fed, hope this helps.

buddyclub seats i got a really good deal and all the seats i sat in were way to big so i got a small for me and large for the pass side

yes everyone hates sportmax wheels but to tell you the truth they are not that bad, down sides tho heavy as hell and **** offsets

and the paint color is ok i like it to but it had front end damage so i bought a kit and 20mm over fenders so im gunna re paint it

wow a little low ya think i set all the coilovers were i thought they would need to be, guess not its a little too low, and can you say sunk wheels i need spacers,btw 17s front 18 rear allmoast tuckin 18s shiiiiiit

all u need to do for the rear is get some camber control .. bring it back out a little and roll your fenders ... looks pretty damn good though for sure ... keep it up

Not a fan of the kit. But damn, that thing is slammed lol. Im very jealous. Especially of the OEM leathers.

really everyone likes the kit its basic and simple, it looks to much like a drag car without the kit to me. and i just got 25mm spacers front and rear and just pulled the fenders ill post pics later
