i think those wheels were 4x100 and someone drilled out the holes to be wider.

They look like they require a short shank lug nut.

Yes, but shorter. Those pictured have a 1.38" shank length. There are some that look just like it but with a .75" or .55" shank length also. You need to measure the thickness of the center... from outside face where lugnut sits to the back side where the rim presses against the hub.

i dont know about using those rims though. The fact that the holes are drilled out means that the lug nut wont be pressing down on the whole face...only about 50%. That and the hub isnt the right size.
Edit: If you really dont want to get new wheels...i would get new, conical seat holes drilled into the extra space

My old 77 corvette had ghetto ass rims on it with drilled holes.... even with shank lugs and washers the back rims would get lose every 300 miles or so and need tighten, then I got new rims.
Ditch those ugly things.

what is the point of having an 9 inch wide rim if you are going to put a tire that is only 6 inches wide?
Too much to list.

Dude, do you have any more info on the fitment of these rims? Have you been running them? Any problems? I have a sweet ass set of enkei mesh that are 4x100 so I'm contemplating on redrilling them leaving them just like yours.

that is some ghetto ass sht. very unsafe. i wouldnt let my enemy drive on those for fear of hurting OTHER people when the wheels pop off driving down the road. Believe me when I say it's a matter of time before that thing comes loose or the studs break, sending the wheel down the road. I've dodged spinners, hubcaps, a wheel...the one time I hit something was when my friend was driving and we dodged a Tahoe wheel but got hit with the brake drum. Take those wheels off before it gets someone hurt/killed or smashes someone's car and you get sued. They look great nonetheless
