Yanked my SAFC2 out (removed all wires from the harness). It had gone bad somehow and was causing the engine to miss at idle.
Removal and now running ok again. Bruise on my leg/ass from laying on the door sill too long.
Both of my S13s running again, world must be ending soon.

I had an issue with my SAFC-II when I cut battery power all my in out settings go bizerk/default then Throttle position goes backwards(100% off throtle 0% full)
I have my settings all saved on paper So its not too much of a pain. But I thought when you put the pass code in, It
would save, And it saves somtimes. I got sick of resetting it to 4 cyl setting all the %
and all that .So I am in the search for a Nistune standalone on a U12 ECU
So looks like My SAFC is coming out too.

I wasn't using my SAFC (yet), have a rom tune, just had the SAFC to fine tune with, but it died, so not sure if I'll get another, maybe just save to build an engine and standalone or Nistune. But that takes money (engine, new injectors, etc, etc).
Did wash my coupe off as well (a lot of mud everywhere). Need to take pics of all 3 cars together while they are driveable.

Finished my JDM power folding mirrors installation. Bought them about 2-3 years ago and never took time to finish the wiring part. It's Working great and it is very nice to fold the mirrors wherever I park the car,

^ oil pan!! I like it. I am looking into a windage tray for the SOHC.
I ended up just goin acusump so far but I am in the works of making the SR sump flange fit my oil pan. Rich's pan is worth it, but I cant justify that on a pan I could make.
Im sue his has baffles or somthing I dont know about nione the less Nice motor.
Perfect size turbo BTW.

Its not the size of the turbo,Its how you spool it.

Rich is the only one that actually make a aftermarket one for the KA and makes it look good for that matter. It has a oil return line bung already on there. It lets you use a SR sump, which has built in baffles. I'm personally going to be using that oil pan on my KA. If I had the tools/skills to fab up my own I definately would. But yea, motor looks good!!!Mark Washington wrote:^ oil pan!! I like it. I am looking into a windage tray for the SOHC.
