re-made my IC pipes. Moved the BOV to the cold side under the battery try to help clean things up a little bit. Still have to make a new intake pipe for the z32 mafs. I am also looking at running my pcv through the bov recir line to help clean up the intake even more.....should work :?

Thought about starting an Original Owner Club – 93 O.O.C. Other than that, just trying to figure out how to tune this bi*ch with all a Calum ECU, and all current available XDFs, have to offer. A friggen cold has me from getting out in the car…

I installed my Sr t25 set up over the holidays. Running great only on 6 psi.
Here's the list:

Sr t25 Garrett turbo stk wastegate at 6psi

xs manifold and dump (welded egr pipe to the dump)

3" down pipe with flex (I welded a nut for the downstream o2 sensor and added 1.5" of 3" exhaust pipe to fit the S14.

xs fmic kit sr s13 kit

Jwt ecu-setup for 370cc, stk maf and t25

apexi safc2 using the decel function

370 cc injectors from rb25det

walbro 255 fuel pump

greddy rs bov (not reciculated yet making car backfire on deceleration intermittenly)

Aem uego wideband

Autometer boost gauge

oil sandwhich block for oil feed, stainless -4an with a .063 restrictor fitting

coolant lines ran to the 5/16" elbow hose on the throttle body (S14 only). Feed and return.

S13 enjuku hotpipe

I built my setup in stages. Installed everything I could that would let me still drive it NA. The only problems I have had is my original boost gauge was showing me going into overboost. I installed the autometer t'd in with the Stewart Warner boost gauge and I was only boosting 6 psi. My car backfires on decel sometimes which is because the bov is not recirculated. I have my safc handling the decel so it doesn't stall. My wideband is showing the cat to be running 11 or so on the wideband in boost and in high boost i'm at 10 (rich). Cruising is between 14 and 15.5. I see alot of fluctuation in idling 14-16.5.

Gazed upon the engine and said to my self "self, what is and why in the hell is it making that noise. i wonder if this is going to be another one of those minor things or is this going to be an expensive PITA problem"

Besides that, drove it to work to help put some break-in miles on the new clutch and noted how much more streetable it's becoming.

found out that my wierd noise is probably just an exhaust leak at the mani or more likely the wastegate. I guess that goes in the win column as a cheap/PITA fix.
