My 97' KA-T

Post by Toe »

I have had this car for over 8 years. The first set up was a t25 installed when it had only 100k miles. It lasted for over 3 years at 12 psi and 75k miles. It was down for a year and now has a rod/piston KA. Here are some pictures for you guys and thanks to everyone who post because their information is priceless.

Here is the car.

The build includes:

AMS fuel set up with 84lb injectors
Nistune
DLP analog to digital convertor for datalogging AFR's in Nistune
homemade manifold
Garrett 60-1
Eagle Rods
JE .20 pistons
ARP everything
white bunny clutch setup
MSD 6AL2
S13 distributor

wheels
5zigens in 17x10 with 275/40 in the rear and 17x9 with 255/40 in the front

The tune is still safe. When all is said and done I would am hoping for 450 wheel.

Wait you put 75k miles on the car in 3 years? Did you put it up on jackstands with a brick on the gas 8)

New setup looks solid, taken it to the track yet?

Yea Adam I ended up using it like we talked about. I knew it worked for you so...

Yes I daily drove this car like you wouldn't believe.

I ended up keeping the nistune and I really like it. I was wanting to go to a Haltec but it didn't happen.
