Me too. I am SERIOUSLY considering switching careers. I work in IT and make decent money but I hate it. I plan on looking into taking some welding classes and doing a lot of practice on my own. I know the chances of getting a job doing fab work in a race shop are slim, but I'm getting to the point where I'm willing to take the risk.

Acidz, how long have you been welding?
Wiseco/Eagle, JWT S1 cams, BC valve springs, PT5857, ID1700 injectors, SR20DET ECU w/ Nismotronic, COP conversion with LS ignition coils, etc, etc...

Very high quality work. The front end and crash bar setup on that 14 is really sweet.

Just noticed it was a rotary too, got any pics of some cutting done with that? Did you find it difficult to get it dialed in with your controller?

What all have you used it for? Seems like it has so many possibilities in both tubing and pipe. Have you tried a collector? Could def see it being sweet for productions exhausts, cages, etc. Some sweet machinery and good work man.

Have you tried cutting a collector using the rotary chuck and the plasma cutter? Or is that really difficult to configure? Seems it could be insanely efficient on collectors and y pipes and such. Especially considering how clean you've got that thing cutting.

What are you doing your pipe bevels with on bends? They look super consistent. The tags and plasma cutting is fresh.
