Not sure if there was already a post on Ka-t about shifters. Heres one I made last week. Inspired by powered by max's ebrake levers etc.

Post something up if ya got something! or go make one. interested to see what people have

That has to be THE most uncomfortable shifter EVER.

really neat but definitely cant be good for racing i shift way to hard and do a lot of moving my hand when shifting between gears but still non the less very neat

the h-beam one isnt really bad at all. but not sure when it gets real hot out. I have the other half of the rod, might make another one as a shorter shifter etc.

Why in the world would you want a piston rod as your shift knob? That must take all the fun out of driving. Here's my setup:

3/8" stainless rod and a gasser chrome knob. Ideally it was going to be a gated shifter but there's no way to make the ka shifter/synchros tight enough.

Thats some Old G status right there man. I think that "wood grain" looks incredible. Very well done.
