cold sided pipe almost done

hot side mocked up

coming together..

this setup should flow and spool up like no ones business, being its a t3 twin scroll and it has short pipes from the vmount, and it transistion from 2.5" - 3.5" very smooth. I cant wait to put some numbers down.

Im loving that intercooler/piping setup. Couple of questions... are you going to vent your hood? Where are you going to put your fan? Are you going to have aero? Im just thinking about flow and cooling things down. Seems to me like you are looking at everything with this build.

next up is the swirl pot and finish up the aluminum coolant tubes.

after then time to tackle the trunk , surge tank, dual 044, hard lines ect. then finally custom valve cover + catch can setup.

yes my hood is vented after everything is done i will make panels to divert air flow and the fan is mounted on the under side of the radiator.

as for aero i have a oem jdm bumper with im thinking about cutting open my licens plate hole for added cooling. later down the line im getting ither a vertex/gpsports/ or if i can find one yashio factory bumper.

Excellent thread. Love all the pictures!

Looking forward to seeing it on the road. I like "legit" builds like this - hoping to do my own early next year once the G35 is paid off and find a house to buy.

Please coat your exhaust housing, it doesn't do justice to the rest of your bay.

What brand of hose are you using for the catch can setup, and what ignition coils are those? I have a set of late model maxima coils that look just like them.
