I picked up this 1995 240 three years ago. It had 156 on the odometer and completely stock. There was some body damage, but overall it was pretty clean. The following is my VERY slow build. (Keep in mind I'm only 18; I don't have much to spend )
I began modifying it before I knew anything about cars, indcluding a magnaflow muffler.
I also did a short shifter, which I recommend doing if you haven't already.
Unfortunately I rolled back with the door open and I bent it backwards on a basketball hoop.
I replaced the OEM tails with some aftermarkets. Very cool imo!
I finally gave in and invested in some megan coilovers. (It really needed a drop)
Still knowing nothing about cars, I also bought some terrible wheels, and then learned about stance and offset right after
It looks great from the side though!
After rebuilding the tranny and replacing the clutch (sorry, no photos) I decided to start prepping it for paint. I pulled a trunk from the 240 below and some doors from another.
Here's what it looks like today. Pretty terrible, right?
I just got some bulky spacers in the mail. I should of sold my wheels and bought wider ones, but that would've been too expensive :/
Well, that's it for now. After I paint it, Imma start saving for an engine rebuild and a turbo!
Alec's S14 Build
None of the pics work for me...
Wiseco/Eagle, JWT S1 cams, BC valve springs, PT5857, ID1700 injectors, SR20DET ECU w/ Nismotronic, COP conversion with LS ignition coils, etc, etc...
