"NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
I'm going to start this build thread with a bit of information. I started this project for a very close family freind "Mitch". Mitch is more of a non related brother. In 2010 Mitch dropped of his 93" 240sx ka-t as I was moving in to my first official shop. Mitch and my background go back much further, with the first part time garage built gt28 powered ka-t build in 2007, but back to the story.
In 2010 I first saw what was to eventually be a blank canvas for myself and Mitch's imagination to flourish. He drove his s13 hatch from Alamogordo to Albuquerque 2 days before moving to AZ. This has been a very long road. I have built this car "part time" around the other regular work in and out of my shop. It has sat on the back burner multiple times, while we designed electrical and mechanical items used on the car, or when the shop got too busy, and especially when my daughter was born. (By the way Mitch she loves your car. Every time she sees it she has to get in it.)
Anyone hon the Facebook KA groups will recognize this build as I posted multiple times on the car looking for review. Here's a starter photo. The car needs a bath bad.

Here's a pic of the chassis right after paint. I'm currently gathering photos off of 2 computers and multiple SD cards. So here in a little while I'll start posting up in order photos.

This was the day Mitch dropped of the car in albuquerque. 2011 we started the build. It was the same week I received the keys to the new shop.

Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
Ok so today was d day. We are on 91 pump gas. 47%injdty, 21psi. We had wheel spin on at out peak power of 591rwhp so we pulled some timing and set her at 586 until we can get the syncronic wastegate issues fixed. We can't get above 21psi. Dyno graphs are below. I'll start the build thread after this post.

Amazing numbers for 91 pump! But.... what the hell is your setup?!
Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
62mm or larger turbo I assume. Nice numbers.

ATI dampener on the list? Where did you get the FCW from?

Wow this is bad arse. Love the color of the car, especially in that front facing photo. What color code is that? In for build details!

Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
Yes it has an ATI damper and it's a gun metal gray w/ purple pearl... It's the 350z anniversary color with slight pearl added... I will get the paint code with the list.

Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
Ok, so now I know the parts list is extensive. I have never seen anyone run the stroker kit yet on this forum. I saw someone purchase but never install. So you must have 272 with full valvetrain done as well or something bigger. I want to see this bad boy revved up to 8500 easy with that powerband.

Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
We have a local guy that's claiming 500+ on pump gas with about the same psi and a smaller turbo. He claims he also has the stroker 2.6

Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
The motor set up....
Ka24de long block.
Block.
Hardened block and girdle
Modded oil gallery's
Line honed w/arp mains installed.
Decked
Modded coolant jackets
Bored/honed to my requested spec.
Custom JE pistons
Eagle Rods
2.6 stroker crank
Ati super dampner
Comp twin disc
Rotating assembly "dynamic balanced"
Modded oil pump
Acl race bearings. Clearances set for 20w-50
ARP rb26 head studs
Custom built cometic mlcs head gasket
Band new timing kit.
Custom built mechanical over hydraulic tensioners.
HEAD.
PORTING. Now I'm not really going to get in to the port type. However if I were to give a "stage port number" to the head it would be a 4-5. The only thing that was not done was cutting the "Quinch" out.
272 cams
Balanced cams
New timing chain and gears.
Custom mechanical over hydraulic tensioners
Modded coolant jackets
Modded oil galleys and bucket keeps
Decked
Cams journals lined honed
Drilled head stud holes
37 degree back cut on the valves
Full set of valve
Springs and retainers
Head is torqued to 105ftlbs.

Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
The ITB kit.
Emphasis "devastator" Intake manifold kit for the ka and sr. This is a modular kit.
These are the options we picked.
4X 44mm mekuni throttle body's
Dual fuel rails
Billet lower intake manifold
Hand tiged plenum.
Primary injectors 300cc
Secondary injectors 1650cc
I'll elaborate more later when we start posting pics.

Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
Absolutely beautiful build man. Some vids would be very nice ^^ How does the fuel setup work when primary injectors are less cc's then secondary?? Not familiar with dual fuel rail setups.. interested

Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
So ecu set up is ms3x,
We have a 10gallon foam filled fuel cell.
-6an transfer lines to a walbro 255lph pump
-6an transfer lines to a 2ltr fuel surge tank. And -6an lines back to the cell from the surge tank. This keeps the surge tank full constantly.
We then run -8an to a 044 -8an out to the secondary rail.
The injectors are staged on a map similar to a ve fuel table. The primaries will run until we see around 70% duty cycle. Then we progressively turn on the 1650s
And shut off the primaries.

Give u guys a idea of the turbo size.
Compressor. 72mm inducer 102mm exducer ball bearing. Turbine is in the 80 range.

Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
This is after the stripping and the car had the rear wide body glassed on cage was installed and we were starting to figure out the rest of the custom body kit. We went through a lot of different designs and bumpers before figuring out exactly how we wanted the car to look

Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
This video is 9psi street tuning the night before the dyno.
I was having tach output issues, and coolant guage calibration issues. The engine and standalone were being monitored by laptop. The 1st pull we performed the next morning on 9psi was 412whp. *update* I can't seem to post a video. So I'll up load it to my YouTube channel and post the link in the am.

Re: "NASTYKA" (BUILD THREAD)
Nice, I wanna play with MS3 so bad. Interesting way of setting up the staged injection. Keep up the good work.
What tack issues specifically? Only showing half of the rpm's of what it needs to be? And for the coolant calibration, I used these settings on MS2.
stock s13 coolant sensor per diy
bias: 2490 ohms
68* F = 2500 ohms
94* F = 250 ohms
230* F = 145 ohms
