Building a new Intake manifold.

Changed from the first manifold which is pictured in the first two pics. I'm still working on getting material thick enough to make that design with out flex, but until then this is the design I decided to go with.

Very nice. Have you test fit it under the hood yet? My only concern would be it sticking up too high for the hood to close due to the straight runners.

It has good clearance from the hood. Thats not an issue.

This guy's legit he built my turbo manifold couldn't be happier with it. On top of him being a stand up guy and super friendly

I guess the important part is that you've got some bada55 fabrication skills. I already looked through the Facebook page and everything looked fantastic.

So I made the flange and welded it on for the IACV.

Depends on your setup and tuning, but average gains that have been achieved are between 20-30whp with notably increased responsiveness. The customer below said he gained 21whp from the intake manifold I made him.
