How did you do the ducting on that?
I know I'm ages late, but to answer your Q, my radiator was slanted to join the Intercooler in the shape of a V. Creating it's own duct to trap air in between my radiator and Intercooler. I'm redoing the setup with a bigger Intercooler and using sheet metal to fabricate a duct to get more air in. Hope that helped.

How's that throttle body working out for you? Any issues? I got the 90mm version off ebay, figured I'd give it a shot.

Damn I was afraid youd say something like that. I've also seen q45 tbs leak too...hmm. have you tried taking it apart? Surely it has seals that can be replaced...

Yeah I haven't taken it apart to see. The leak is pretty significant since I can't get it to pressure test past 1psi.

This is the daily. Fully built CP,Eagle,ARP,ARP,Clevite,Two 91 Exhaust cams with JWT gears retarded 1* and back cut oversized valves. Walbro 255,SAFCII 370cc Q45 injectors,MSD 6al and blaster coil nology wires OEM cap and rotor,Timing advanced 16* Pacesetter header with MR gasket and Stage 8 locking fasteners on the real Apexi N1 with a magnaflow cat to keep noise down and pop off throttle. It also has B&M Shifter and a pretty cheep ACT 6 puck clutch that slipped on my ka24ET, but works fine for this car. Oh yeah xcessive intake manifold (Thanks Rich!!) Q45 Throttlebody.
I am not using an Idle control valve or any EGR smog crap, but I still use the charcol can cause it keeps the smells down.. Since its a daily driven car. I wanted 240HP from it but failed
most likly from the low compression and the fact that none of the mods really make gains for a N/A aplication. The AFR's were good and it starts right up in cold mornings doesnt have any cooling issues and really feels grunty for what it is.

Somone please post this pic. My account wont let me. Thanks. Just wanted to share this even though its not turbo. It will get boosted, I just wanted to make sure it ran great before chasing those issues.

Hey emo, have you ever thought about relocating the battery to where the filter is, and relocating the filter to where the battery is? Makes more sense than to route air in front of a hot engine. Or am I wrong?
