No prob, I will add that I had to search hard to find negative comments about their products.so like I said I hope it was a qc issue. Some folks seem to say they do not "back purge" their welds....I'm gonna guess that has something to do with gas flowing through the manifold while welding...that's a guess since I'm no welder....more educated folks on that topic can further enlighten me.

Yea.

Seems like most people say DOC makes pretty good manifolds. The pinhole leaks that were mentioned worry me a lot more...

I definitely don't want to have to pour solvent on every weld to check for leaks; that would be ridiculous for any part, period(except for maybe valve seals).

...

It's crazy how many companies have got out of the KA game... I have yet to find any manifold that I am sold on.ha We used to have a lot of options...

Thanks for the link, very informative.

I'd keep my eye on this company and hope they make a KA manifold, prices are better than fullrace...granted fullrace has the only true twinscroll manifold if u have that kinda $$$ .

let's not forget mazworx makes a nice manifold for 799 and their diy log kit for $129 makes me want to get a mig welder.

I looked on the Mazworx site and didn't see anything other than the kits. I will call them when I get to that point.

I'll also keep an eye out on Blackworks. I have heard a lot of good things about them.

...

I always just had such good results with a good tubular manifold on all my setups that I always want to go with a quality manifold.

That's the manifold for $799

this is the very tempting log kit, I'd love to try welding it.

Anyone other than Full-Race doing a good divided T4 flanged manifold? Thinking more and more about a S362 with divided .91 T4 housing. They look insane on 4g63...
