I)Its pretty close to equal length. about 1-2" off on some runners.

2)the waste gate will come off the back for a tial 46mm (just have a hole in the back now)

3) A bud of mine has a water jet so I got the flange off of him after i did it up on AutoCAD. The ports are round for now but I will bore them out to match. So they will go from square to round with in the flange.

Hey Brad what are the A/R #'s on the turbine and compressor? Also where are you looking to make full boost? Dammit this is exactly what I've been wanting to do. Is this a straight GT35R or a 1-off variant?

Also how much would you charge me for a manifold like that? :D

Its a straight GT35R .63AR I would mike to make full boost by low 4000RPM but we will see. Looking for 550WHP.

I don't know if I would make another manifold it was a lot of work and it is not proven yet. www.Phatka-t.com has a manifold that is close to the same.
