Ya.... Or you can send him the link to where the blueprints for the exhaust manifold are?
I looked also, but haven't found anything.

To op: make a introduction thread, it might lighten some people's moods.

broaden your search... use words that are close or relitive to what youre after. CAD, SPECS, MEASUREMENTS...ETC.

Did you actually read that post? There are no specs for the flange on that post.

Yes i did, the specs are not posted. However, the means to get them are there. The info provided is enough for him to pm the guy with the file. Yeah he might have to work a little to get it but the world isnt always full of hand outs and freebies. If you dont have to work for it there's generally no appreciation in the end result.

If you have a KA head/header, just paint with a light brush around the ports, then stick a piece of cardboard up against the head/header and you will have a template. Done.

Then get cutting.

Why does everyone want the CAD file of his when they're so readily available and cost effective?

Heck even the mazwork one is only $60 and they come with gaskets.

Xcessive also has one for $65

what ive been meaning to do is market a exhaust flange with about an inch of runner machined onto it. inthat inch have the inside go from the ports shape to round. because most of hte flanges i see have that happening within a 1/2" or so...i figure it would not only flow better, but take away stress at the flange...
