Not bad. You damaged the flange though.

I assume he's talking about the gouges/scratches on the flange (the flat part) that mates with the exhaust manifold.

You can see it in every picture

just eye ball or u measure the volume? i was afraid to take out too much for evenness. i pressy much just gasket matched.

I have a flow bench and there is a lot of room in these heads for reaming out.... I usually make it completely symmetrical all around all the casting marks in these heads will come out in the bowl and the sides of each exhaust and intake hole plenty of room to correct this. And yea there are little nicks here and there on the flange but that will all be decked after it is done should only take a pass or 2 to correct that.
