For more reliable power in my 2wd ka24e is turbo a better route or should I go with new headers cold intake and ecu tuning on a 101k engine????

Well going turbo route is going to give you noticeably more power where as a header and cold air intake and tuning the ecu, well i really don't know how much power that will give you to be honest. And weather or not it will be enough to where you will feel the difference. Slapping a turbo on there won't do any harm if you install it correctly and don't run to much boost.
