doing a rebuild on a kae that hard roughly 150k+ miles on it and when pulled it appart and started thinking about main and rod bearing and just a rebuild kit in itself? can anyone point me in the direction for a good rebuild kit?

what are you rebuilding for? boost? N/a? have to give a bit more info.

^^^^12 pounds or less

if boosting would be a good idea to go forged bottom end, bi-metal bearings, resurfaced head and block, fresh timing chains, valve job, and new oil pump

^^^^13 pounds or higher

even with less than 12lb of boost would would at least consider forged pistons just because we have week ringlands

The guy's at rpmmachine can hook you up with almost any options at great prices! O&J performance has Massive SOHC support also. Ebay kits that use Quality Name brand parts are also very good and affordable.
