Yea, z32's are a pain. Easiest I worked on was a GA16DE B14 200sx. Also an 83 Chevy Blazer.

Z32 was the hardest for sure, I did a n/a to tt swap and everything was hard to do on that car except pulling the actual engine. The harness was hard to get too, the intercooler pipes, just putting on the intakes are a pain. (Never again) Second that though was pulling a CVT trans from a ford freestyle at work. Those are a pain, there just an odd ball car that shouldn't have been made for those short years.
Easiest car would have to be my 240. It's easy because i know like the back of my hands, more space and everything is gone!

kinda depends on what your doing...
-94 toyota 4 runner: cake (timing belt replace after it broke)
-7 different s13 240sx: cake (engine rebuilds, tranny swaps, interior swaps, damn near everything)
-01 chevy s10 vortec: medium "need patents" (spark plugs "driverside" have to remove steering column to get to them and front wheel bearings)
-05 mustang gt: easy (fender replacement and whole pass side taken apart and painted)
-08 mustang gt: easy but ingnorant...( door panel removal for internal work, had locked torx bit bolts and regular size bolts just a big mess IMO)
-01 escort zx2: easy (motor/tranny swap)
-08 chevy aveo: hard (head swap, belt broke from tensioner pulley failure and you need special tools for the water pump install, everything is just hard to get to)
thats just some off the top my head...

I have not worked on too many cars, but from my experience:
Hardest: 1991 MR2.
Easiest: 1991 RX7. Helped my cuz remove, rebuild and reinstall a 13B in his FC. Tiny little motor in huge engine bay = pleasure to work on. LOL

Hardest - 1995 GMC Astro Van. Changing the plugs required going in through the wheel wells and fighting with badly formed heat shields that trap the plugs half way out. I had to take apart most of the dash to get at the back of the engine to replace the cap and rotor, plug wires were an adventure in blind routing. Never again, although I have to say the 4.3L V6 and transmission in that rig make a great package.
Easiest - This is a toss up between a 1970 Ford F100 with no power accessories and my 1973 Datsun 240Z with an LT1 swap. I could literally stand in the engine bay of the Ford to work on things and I did the swap on the Z so I know every inch of the car.

Re: easiest and hardest cars that you've worked on...
Being employed at a Nissan dealership, I've appreciated how easy alot of the cars are to work on.
I don't really have a single car to point out but I must say newer cars with the reloadable "canister" type oil filters are so pointless. Especially since some require a proprietary tool, on top of being super torqued on as though whoever did it last wasn't planning to ever change out the filter ever again. Also, cars that have a plastic/metal under cover in which you have to remove to get to the oil filter/drain plug are a little nuisance. I understand it's for protection but they (the manufacturer) couldn't be nice and add cut outs for both? :/
Here is the perfect example of a car that has both, if you ever have to work on one....lol save yourself the misery and just turn em away haha.

Oh man, Honda is so easy! I changed the head, timing belt, water pump, and all that jazz in like 5 minutes.
