rustoleum paint in a gallon or pint from home depot, thinner, 2'' high density rollers. thin the paint down to near water consistency and it will be mostly self leveling. with dull paint you might be able to buy some polish and buff it out.

you can also spray it on with a 15$ harbor freight paint gun, same stuff i used on my engine bay and interior. Rustoleum professional enamel. 7.29 a quart.

i take it you guys thin it out really light like doing it with a roller so it still levels out well?

Looks really nice, good job! I'm currently half way through doing mine the same way. I'm doing mine white with a black roof (was originally green). It's looking pretty good so far. Just ordered a Porter Cable polisher that I hope will make it look better. I'll post pics of mine when I'm done.

yea thats when you use the roller, then you have to sand between coats,

if you spray it you can actually finish the car in a day

roller method take about 5 day or a week, alot of work

That looks excellent. I was going to use rollers to do mine, but I just changed my mind haha. Do I have to remove the all the molding to paint or can I tape it?
