Is that 19-20deg at 35psi  Aint that very very much? do lower the spark angle where the engine has it's peak torque?

ah, then it feels a bit more right. If you don't mind me asking, but by how much do you lower? 4-5 degrees? Just trying to learn some basics of the ka timing.

Running 15degrees at 17psi should put me in the plenty safe area then I guess :D

Yes, of course. Need to go to a dyno and do the rest of the tuning.
I also run on E85, that's why I'm so interested in your numbers,, not so many runing on it yet.
But big congrats on some awesome numbers!!! Very impressive!

I used to run more timing than that on my completely stock ka on 93 octane fuel. Of course though i had a custom intake mani and a somewhat large turbo resulting in less peaky torque numbers.

wow killer build. I am new to the forums and just stumbled on your post and its crazy...I was wondering if you had a build list or to be more exact, i am wondering what type of rear end set up your running with that much power. I am assuming your using the 300zx transmission.

psssshhhhh,....my moms camery did that much power with 87 oct, pulled back the banana exhaust, pulled the wiggle pins out, and took the spare tire out...seriously get on board ked..j/k, great numbers man, im about to follow suit though, i have got to get on this e85. So with that being said, congrats, and if you jump to 2200cc, i got first dibs on the 1600 lol... again, great job
