Alright i keep seeing other vehicles using these mil-spec connectors with their wiring tucks, where the hell do you find em?? I have been looking for two hours i understand the mil-spec Nomenclature i.e. part numbers... but cant seem to find a website with actual pictures of what they are selling? and most websites want you to buy in bulk i don't that many.. Any help would be awesome or maybe if anybody here has a male and female with at least 50 pins solder-able i would buy....

Amphenol is one type. I can't remember what the other kind is called, though.
EDIT: I dug out an old copy of SCC for this. I found Deutsh connectors and Amphenol connectors. Try looking them up.

You need to go to an electronics parts supplier.katrecipe wrote:I know of the Brand but it's just seems hard to buy just one...
I will find something
gopherelectronics.com has plenty of connectors, no pictures though so know ur part number
Mouser.com has pictures for almost anything, listed under "interconnects"
jameco.com
newark.com
the list goes on. you can order in ANY quantity.

See i work in the Automation field (oilfield) and we have the eight contact amphenol bulkhead connector but those are terrible at sealing water. I have a Mouser catalog and i guess i should most likely go to mousers website and take a better look... I thought the catalog would have what i need but no... Just curious if anybody on this website had something lying around????

We sell Delphi Weather Pack connectors - the largest version of that connector has 22 pins, but they are very watertight and a lot cheaper than mil-spec stuff.

Chase Bays, Inc has some nice kits and even complete wiring available. wiring is not cheap but the quality is pretty damn nice.
