So this is what i started with under the hood.
I removed the emission lines and canister to clean up the bay
Test fitted the log mani and wastegate. The manifold was made to be a bottom mount, but that wouldnt clear the ac or ps. So i flipped it over and grinded it down to fit a top mount setup.
This is the fitment of turbo + wastegate + mani + filter + downpipe, fit PERFECTLY.

this is the list for completing my car:
Intercooler, semi done
Bov needs welded
Radiator hoses
Wire fan
Relocate ps, dizzy.
Battery
Waiting on Ecu from enthalpy
Stil can't figure out what's wrong with my shifter. When its in neutral, its too far forward, looks like its in third. Also it doesn't move left when its in neutral, but it will move right.

I hope they don't melt :/ I'm going to route them as far away from heat as I can before I run the car. How much for the shifter?

Ok so I'm getting closer and closer. My ecu came in from enthalpy, only took about a week to get it, which is pretty fast compared to other people. I had to get a retune because I bought mine off beercan but it was tuned for 93 octane. We only have 91 in Tulsa Oklahoma. The cxracing radiator hoses came in also. So now all that's left is finishing wiring in my fans and getting a battery.

You need to move your vacuum block before the check valve. You don't want to over boost and be down again.

I moved the vac block before the check valve, and put the battery in today, and the gauges lit up. But for some reason the ac wasn't blowing. I tapped int the ac relay for my fan switch, maybe I should tap into the ac fan wire instead? Hmmm.

wired in my innovate lc1 wideband and also filled her up with 5 gallons of 91. Also fabbed up a line to connect my iacv to my intake pipe. Also put in my midpipe, and got everything ready to calibrate the lc1. Also buttoned up the intercooler piping and couplers. Just waiting on my bov to come in so i can weld the flange onto my hotside pipe so i can finally start her up. Cant wait

Ok so I got the air to blow from the vents of the dash, but the ac won't turn on. I tried hooking up the stock fan to the ac plug and it doesn't spin. The ac light in the dash doesn't light up when I press the button either. It may be a fuse or a relay. I'm going to check those tomorrow and see if I have any luck. Help is always appreciated

the light is prolly just a fuse like you said but also check your ac clutch and see if it spins freely by hand. should be easy enough to spin with 2 fingers if its froze up it wont kick on.....shift_down wrote:Ok so I got the air to blow from the vents of the dash, but the ac won't turn on. I checked the fuse, and its good.
I havent started my car yet, so maybe this is why my ac fan is not working?

^^watch 2:22-2.30 and you will see how your ac clutch works....when the car is shut off you will be able to spin this freely by hand..
-if it spins by hand then you compressor is good
-now start your car and hit the ac button and watch to see if the clutch engages within like 30-45 seconds if it doesnt it means your low on coolent/refrigerant most likely
-easy way to check if your have freeon in the system is to get a can of freeon and a hose that has a guage like the one in the vid would work idealy.
-also so you dont lose a 20 dollar can use a pressure tester to make sure you dont have a leak first.
