if your holding off to "do it right" why sit on an upside down bar stool in the mean time? y bother tempting yourself.
with that said, ive got friends that have been drifting all season on only 370cc stock everything 7 psi. that car only sees the track though.
if you really just cant wait, id set boost to 7, base timing to 17-18 and safc to 11.0 in boost.

Ohhhhhhhhuuhhhuuuu
EDIT, Didn't want to double post.
Here's a pic of final mock up of piping and stuff.
I pulled 90% of it out to do the BMC and installed my Tial WG too.
I stopped by one of the sponsors for the TT SBC S13 and they gave me some couplers that I was missing for the setup
I found myself in a small predicament though, all my t bolt clamps are 2.5in and 3in. All the piping on this car is 2.75in -.-
Wideband goes pre or post turbo? guessing post...

Sorry for the blurry cell phone crap.
Took a break working on the S14 to get my S13 ready for a car show. The main things I had to do was swap over the full suspension from my 'vert to the hatch, swap the wheels, and bleed the cooling system.
All theses things are fairly simple, took my friend and me about an hour to completely swap suspensions, but then it got super dark and I didn't want to piss off the neighbors by starting the car at 10pm. So I waited till Saturday after work to do the rest. I picked up the wheels from my friend and swapped them out. I lowered the car down and started bleeding the cooling system.
I start her up for the first time in weeks. started up on the second try keep in mind it was 76* out side. The last time I started the car it was in the 90* range. I adjusted the idle screw and kicked back the action bolts a bit since it was so cool out side. I took her around and when I saw the temp was constant I took her to the gas station to fill her up.
Got her all filled up and parked her for the night. Next morning I come out and its 57* I was fine with this cause I knew it was going to warm up a good amount. I went and got a hair cut and washed the daily since I took that to the show too. When I got back I tried starting the S13 and it was no good. I tried several times and then checked the wiring.
Normally I check the wiring with the kill switch off, but my brain wasn't completely thinking and I blew some fuses be cause I ended up shorting some things out that weren't protected very well -.-
Thinking back I shouldn't have tried starting the car with the E85. My carb doesn't like starting with E85 under like 70* I should have started it with 93 and not flooded it or blew fuses. :/
Shame on me.

that was the easy part for me(sawzall)... Is it possible to pull the intake mani in car so i can pull out the rest of the EGR?KA-Life86 wrote:I really dont think its possible. It depends if you have the cluster fcuk of vacuum lines still bolted to the back of the head. if those have been removed then taking the egr piping out is simple.KA-Life86 wrote:I really dont think its possible. So I'm saving money for my P&P and waiting for cars to sell; and I realized that I still hadn't hooked the brakes back up since I replaced my BMC. I looked at my spare parts box and saw my Z32 Calipers chillin all freshly rebuilt I called up my drunk buddy and asked what all I needed to do the conversion. He told me to just get the pads, so I did. After I installed them I quickly realized I needed lines and rotors as well. For now my car will chill hard parked until I sell some cars

back b4 i was into modding cars and realized my 240 was the ****, my EGR broke and I replaced it in the car. PITA but u can do it for sure. and just putting the block plate on is easy. haha i love that i had this car before i realized what people do to them.
prob no solid answer for this but why 2 sweet project cars?

So with the exception of like 2 of my friends, I'm probably the only one that makes easily over $60k. Back when I got in to 240s I picked my first one up for $300. I then got offered a coupe for cheap; so I took that too. One of my friends needed a running car so I traded my running car for his shell and payments. I was then put in a situation where I could do the swap I wanted but not exactly the money that I wanted to through at it. Same goes with the vert too, and I told myself I wouldn't let that happen with the S14. So yah, that's how it happened.

Well the vert and red car are pending sale right now ( I told the guy buying the vert to join the site since he is planning on going KA-T
And my buddy welding some of my parts just sent me a pic of my pan. Love trading welding for beer lol. Hopefully my sandwich and brakes comes in soon so I can get my car back into the garage

I'll build another one properly after I graduate college. One that's EFI with a T56 behind it
I came to the conclusion with my friends that the car was never going to ever run right, I twisted the chassis and ruined the firewall. Plus I can't get over certain things until I get rid of her. When it comes time, someone is going to basically give me a mint pig-nose hatch... when that happens I will do it correctly.
For now the KA-T build will keep me occupied and I gain more knowledge every time I jump into a new adventure.
Thinking about ordering this plate
lol because TEXAS of course

So, I got a question about every ones favorite topic.... PCV >.<
That's what I plan on doing... I feel like it should work well, what are your opinions?
Just in case its not clear. PCV tree is removed and plugged. Valve Cover and PCV Block "Y" together and go to the Oil Catch Can( slightly modified with more baffles ). Fumes from the catch can go pre turbo post MAF.
