exactly what the subject says..i have a 95 ka24de that i took the ps pump off of and im wondering what i need for a belt. someone said something about a single cam pully but hopefully i can just buy a belt nothing crazy. help plz

take measurement in to autoparts store and they can hand you a belt by length.

String method will get you close but might be too tight.

I don't remember exactly what belt I used. I did have to get it in a 4-rib and cut it down to 3-rib because the stores around me don't stock a 3-rib in that length.

future reference . Take your old (too long belt) , put the adjuster in the middle of its range cut the belt, stretchit around the pulleys you want to engage cut the excess out till the ends meet and the slack is out then measure end to end . A string might get close but (especially if its a v belt) it falls too deep in the grooves to be accurate.

I tried using just a belt without a tensioner, not my cup of tea. It kinda worked but I didn't trust it so I ran it until I got my SOHC stuff. Definitely worth it. I only wish I could find the belt I needed for it with only 3 ribs instead of four.
