Did you have a local machine shop do the work? The setup looks fantastic thus far.

What made you go with the 1.5 instead of 1.1?? Curious cause I was about to order one last night and realized there were different thickness's and had me at a loss. And im assuming the thickness will play a pretty big part in c/r.

Yea it will affect the compression ratio, but it was because of the amount of material removed from the head and block.

The oil feed is too long. The vibration in the KA will eventually crack it.

Are you talking about the t-fitting? Or the stainless line? What should I do?

the whole thing is too long(not the line) and it will eventually crack. I did the same thing back in 97 when I first turboed my KA. I ended up removing the plug on the oil filter housing and re-tapped it for the turbo feed.

If you want to keep the oil pressure switch, look into a Honda oil feed adapter. I have been using one for years and it is a much bigger piece that resists cracking. plus if you have to go back to na you can just plug off the turbo feed port.
