Since the Z32 transmission places the mount about 4" back, I can't use the stock X-member.

Image

Ordered a custom one that I will modify to bolt on like the stock one.

Whoa, you did WORK on that trans! Great job. The new cross member looks nice; Same clearance as the stock cross member I'm assuming?

Based on my measurements the Z32 trans will place the mount 4" further back, which is why I chose that specific X-member. I won't know for sure till I get it in there.

Past few weeks I've been working a spare harness I had laying around, but most of the connectors were corroded pretty bad. So I decided to pull out the one in the truck and do a wire tuck and clean up all the wiring inside the cab.

Image

Image

I found the corrosion in my current harness. This is the wires for the injectors.

Pretty sweet little project you have here... I dig it. Great work too, good job on going for something a bit different. Bit being an understatement.

No other Nissan mini trucks (I did see a titan)... a few S10's and one Toyota.

Alot of single cab SS Silverado clones.... alot of good looking trucks for sure.

This has to be one of my favorite builds out there. I wish I had the patience to have something so clean.
