Yea, I've seen that. Seems like a neat idea, but I'm too much of a paranoid person to run from the law. Would be cool to mess around with though.

no you use that before running from the law example you just busted someones @ss at the mall and when you breakout no one can get your plates to ID you.../wishes i had one a month ago...currently banned from mall for a year lol

Or you turn it on just before you get your picture taken by photo radar

if i had to guess I would say its that changing pivicey glass, installed like a plate cover.
