Re: advice getting my ROM tune correct
Any ideas on why I cant change a fuel cell value to anything over 100? I can see that a stock s13 fuel mape has cells with 192 all over the place, so if I try to make a small adjustment to that cell (to adjust the idle or for example) once i save the map, i can see that that value is now set to 100....

Re: advice getting my ROM tune correct
okay, I'll keep experimenting with the k-value. If i get the k-value correct, will the fuel maps need to be modified as well?

advice getting my ROM tune correct
Hey guys, I have an obd2 96 s14. So, in the middle of my build, my turbo build went from a budget build (stock engine, obd2-ob1 conv harness, s13 ecu and rom tune, spare or ebay t3 turbo, z32 maf, 370cc injectors) To a slow but bigger budget build (rebuilt engine with forged internals, 18g turbo, an...

Re: OBDII emissions testing, feasibility of adding turbo?
well, my ka-t inst boosted yet, but will be soon. However my g1 integra is boosted (has been for years) and i had to smog her last weekend. The truth is, I make my both of turbo setups easily reversible. For my g1teg, it only takes about 45 mins to have her back to smog legal status...and I'm aiming...

innovative lc-1 questions
Since I live in CA, i have to smog my s14 every 2 years. I have plans to make the turbo setup easily removed for the smog tests. The last piece I need to figure out is how to wire the wide-band. I am planning to use the lc-1 to be both a wide and narrow band sensor so i can get rid of my stock o2, a...

s14 rear wheel rubber gasket?
When doing my 5-lug swap, I came across 2 different rubber gaskets that came from the rear suspension. I know the "thinner" rubber gasket is the insulator for the rear axle nut (the one on the left in the photo), but what about this other one? The other gasket doesn't even fit over the axl...

here is the corrected setup (for real this time, lol). Notice how the perch sits right on top of the weld. You prob dont have to weld this on, but I did anyway http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v181/kablammyman/midori/midori%20ground%20control%20build/2012-11-23_09-42-42_756.jpg installed...with for...

I'm a big fan of the show, so this is good news. Every now and then, I'll pop in the DVDs I bought back in 03, and watch the whole series start to finish. I was even reading the manga online for a while, then the place I would read it got shut down, so I'm really behind on the story now. I'm kinda g...

in my opinion, these are one of the best setups short of buying kw v3's or the koni race shock setups. There are comparisons to a majority of the sub 1500$ coils on nrr and how they compare, cliff notes was these performed better in lap times. they have been amazing for road racing, would see it fa...

they sent me some directions via a pdf diagram. I would upload them, but I guess i cant on this site. For the record, i have the rears wrong where i use a hat as a spring perch. The sleeve is supposed to sit on the perch/lip that i put the hat on in the pics. For the fronts, the stock struct casings...

holy ****, that is a 4x4!!! I guess I have no choice but grind down the lip on the struts, and weld the new lil pieces on. :? I don't know if I trust my welding for something like this, so I'll tac the collars in place, then get a muffler shop to finish the job for me. Its good to get some clarity o...

s14 ground control install with koni yellows
Since I didnt get directions with my s14 ground control kit (i did get a picture diagram of how to install the yellows in a non-gc application), I had to rely on the net to help my figure out how to put this stuff together. With that said, here are some pics, let me know if things look okay before i...

i wish my injectors were 14mm, so i wouldn't have such a problem. I test fitted the injectors into the rail and the injectors wwere def too small to work .So i measured the diameter and condfirmed that the bores are 14mm. I also compared the 850s with my honda injectors, and the injectors were the s...

While the fuel rail seems to be of good quality, the holes are 14mm...and trying to pre fit the injectors prove this, lol. I know in the past people said the bor...

i also used the oem fuel line with my pump. I'm not worried about it deteriorating. this thread is concerning the bit of fuel line that comes WITH the walbro kit, not the stock line. had i kept my stock line, i probably would not be having this issue. i simply assumed that the line that came with t...
