Re: Melted Brake Fluid Reservoir.
Have you tried running a pathfinder master cylinder? Moves the cylinder closer to the driver side of the car but I'm not sure about the reservoir

Re: Ka24de cylinder head help
As long as the area where the bucket rides is smooth in there it should be okay, its tough to see from the pic angles. But definitely get a new camshaft. What caused the valves to be stuck? Debris?

Re: bov recirculating
Non recirculated bov's are always open under vacuum, in fact I think all bov's are, just the recirculated ones are drawing in metered air from pre turbo post maf tube. So just recirculate it to your turbo inlet pipe after your maf any way you can. If you run a speed density standalone with a map sen...

Re: Surging idle cutting in boost
Issue is most likely unmetered air getting into the motor when the Tial is open. Best way to fix is have a blow through setup. If using draw through, you will need to recirc the bov. Ok but with the vacuum line disconnected from the bov it still cuts in boost at about 5k rpm. You are getting a boos...

Re: Excessive crank case pressure
Being that you are having your issue at idle as well as in boost tells me its not your turbo seals, at idle you have no boost. It is most likely a blocked pcv check valve or possibly blocked baffle box where your pcv valve screws into. At idle you should have air coming out of your VC, not in. Most ...

Re: HOW TO RUN MAXIMA COILS
Just wanted to add this because I am redoing my harness-
Use an s15 sr20det coil pack harness and purchase the coil interface harness connector from wiring specialties and you can have an almost oe setup. I recently started having issues with the harness I prevoisly made.

Re: wideband not matching ecu
If the aem is anything like the megasquirt, try unplugging the stock 02 sensors. Other than that, have your gauge controller grounded where the ecu is grounded and make sure you are getting voltage directly from the battery. Or if you can, make a custom linear setup in your ecu to try to adjust your...

Re: ever heard this about a ka24de?
I've got lower compression on cylinder 3 of mine as well. Could potentially be due to running leaner but all my plugs look the same when I pull them. I'm also still na right now

Re: HOW TO RUN MAXIMA COILS
Great write up, just finished my setup yesterday. Only thing I could add besides the forementioned diagram change is that the pins are different for gen 2 pnp megasquirts. Spark A is pin 17 and spark B is 16.
