Just make sure to retard timing.
No idea maybe have one custom made.

He has the Safc for tuning.
I'm assuming you have good compression.
I would say ditch the Safc and spend some and get nistune. The Safc will work but nistune would work better. You should never cheap out on the tune.
What about exhaust? Down pipe?

sounds like this is a DD. just get some eagal rods and Wiseco pistons.

you wont see any boost when cursing at a constant speed. its when you step on the gas that the turbo will spool.

get a different differential. such as a q45 to lower your rpm at higher speeds.
