What's the reason for going with the RHD version
Billet PTE 6765 divided T4, Nismotronic, Speed density, Coil on plug conversion.

I believe on is curved slightly towards the driver.....I ordered mine in April....still haven't received it...being told maybe august

absolutely right. The Mazworks kit sets the angle of the VG trans to where the shifter is tight up against the left size of the shift-boot bezel. The Z1 short shifter for LHD (North american) Z32s is bent toward the driver which would make the issue worse. The standard RHD variant of their shifter adds a little clearance between the shifter and trim bezel, if that makes sense. I noticed it wasn't a TON more clearance but I can't imagine how bad it would have been if the shifter were bent toward the left side of the car. It barely cleared before hand.
