Oil Dip stick length

Can someone with S13 KA measure the dip stick length for me?
right under the seal

Looking to make a custom one since i cannot find a new one for sale

Bonus would be seal to H, and L

My S13 measures from bottom of seal to:
H = 14.813"
L = 15.406"
tip = 16.313"

Is your measurements from where marked it big rubber part, or at the end of the black seal where the metal starts

hah maybe not the best wording... yep it is from the bottom side of the cap like you had marked. Basically butting the tape measure up against it.
