I wouldnt think the intercooler would hurt it. What turbo are you using and at what psi? It would be great if you could post up your graph though.

I would probably get a bigger intercooler but from what ive read, dyno dynamics actually read lower than dynojets. From the graphs ive seen they are close to mustang dyno numbers. Sounds like your sitting good. Why didnt they give you a graph? Ive heard of people having to pay extra for a graph and even being charged more to have the afr on it. Thats crazy to me. If i pay a shop around $150 an hour for tuning, then I better get a peice of paper with some ink on it for free.

Don't try and squeeze too much more power out of your setup. Your 550's are probably on the edge of maxing out.

A 32x12x3 inch intercooler is typically good for at least 500whp before it becomes a significant restriction. So if your core is 3" wide I wouldn't worry about the intercooler right now.

Looks like if you can fix the 23psi spike you might make up some midrange, not much but looks like a little left in there. I'm sure your getting a little out of the range of that turbo over 20psi. Either way those are solid numbers, congrats to you
