95 240sx Calum RT ECU

I bought a 1995 240sx that’s has a bad tune. It’s a built short block and the kid just threw on some injectors and it’s drowning the spark plugs it has a calum ECU and I’m wondering if anyone know how to tune these or what software works best for tuning these

Custom built manifold (New). Garrett GT33 (Ball bearing) Turbocharger. Tial wastegate. HKS blow off valve. HKS
Profec-A boost controller. Custom downpipe. Blow through Mass Air Flow.
Front mount intercooler & oil cooler.

Stripped interior with Sparse bucket seats & harnesses.
Steering wheel with quick release.
Sunroof delete (Aluminum). Rear seats delete.

Carbon Fiber Hood & rear spoiler.
Full Body kit with Fender Flares.
Clear headlights.
Suspensions, Brakes & Wheels
Megan Racing (Track) suspensions.
300ZX Front & Rear brakes.
Adjustable Front & Rear Control Arms, Struts tower bars.
Viscous LSD.
New 17" lightweight 5-zigen FNO1R wheels,

Thank you so much I was really lost on all of this. If you don’t mind me picking you brain lol what do I do with the definition file. I don’t have any thning smarts nor do I know anyone who is
