Me likey :) Price, and maybe better pics if ya can? SOHC by the way. Thats a pretty ridiculous looking exhaust side, but It looks cool at the same time.

Inake Manifolds will be around 800.00 maybe less. Exhaust Manifold like that one will be $675.00 good up to 1200HP.I could have something made less expensive but it will not look as radical as the one on the picture it will be equal lenght but more simple and price will be around $475.00

I don't know how soon we are going to make it to the dyno but as soon as we go I will post all the numbers in here.There have beeing other customers that have use the same style intakes and have made very good power we are talking over 700 hp.Like I said most these intakes are are running on cars that are drag racing cars only we do have afew customers that have them on their street cars and are running great and also making good power.

It's very possible but I can't tell what horsepower we are going to make until I actualy go to the dyno I don't like to say numbers or estimate because sometimes that comes back to hunt later.My main concern know is getting the car done and make the real number at the track.I personally don't care much for dyno sheets.I seen a lot of race cars make some ridiculous numbers on the dyno but the ones at the track don't show that.The real numbers are the board at the race track.Those are the ones that speak for themself.

im building a blow through carbed turbo set-up for my 510 using a KA24de, i need an intake manifold with the runners, plenum, and a 90 welded on where the TB would be could you guys do some thing like that?

well sorry to be the negative one around here, but looks like you guys are more than capable of fabricating any design for an IM why chose this design?

I’ve had a few IM designs tested using CFM and this design scored the poorest in terms of air volume and direction of flow. As soon as the throttle opens the air rushes past runners 1 and 2, the distribution was quite poor.

The craftsmanship looks excellent on your manifold I’m just not all that excited about the design.

If that is your opinion I will respect that.But in the other hand the person that design this intake manifolds is also the same person that made the one for the fastest KA SOHC here in Florida and by the way that car ran 8.17@162 mph and 8.21@160mph a few years back is the same style intake that are use in many cars making well over 500hp to the wheels and many of the local cars here in tha track use the same style intake and many of them run below 5 sec. on the 1/8 and below 7 sec.on the 1/4.We have not had any issues with this style of intake manifolds at all.There is another KA SOHC her in a 83 Toyota Corolla that have run 6.25 in the 1/8 with this identical intake.What I am trying to say is that it have work for us so far and there is no reason to change it.We also make any style intake manifold of your choice or budget if you have an idea or want to have something fabricated we will make that for you.Let me know wich style you like and I will be more than happy to make it.

Well its not my opinion its something I tested in a few designs, I have no doubt it this design, I'm sure its capable of supporting all those high power cars you mentioned, but I’m just saying there could be a better design out there for you guys to think about in the future, or at least consider, you never know might improve on those numbers.

I appreciate all the complements and you are correct there is alway room for improvement.If anybody here think there is a better design or a more efficient design of custom intake manifolds or headers we are always looking to improve all custom fab products.All coments and ideas are welcome.As long as we make a product that will improve the performance and everybody is happy with we are satisfy.Our goal is to make the best product and the most efficient product for our customers.If you guys run good numbers with our products that make us proud.

Any word on when you'll be doing some R&D on the KA-DE motor? I'd like a new T3 Exhaust Mani and a nice new Intake Mani when I swap over to T3.. T2 is awesome, but I need to push this fully built motor I have... :twisted:

just a few questions tho. are those ports in the top for dual injectors? and you got any custom high flow fuel rails to match the it? im trying to pick out parts to build my 790+ horse KA-E. it may never even see a car. i just want to see what my build can do.
