O&J Performance 240SX Race Car
have you guys decided on what trans you are going with yet? i need to make a decision for my drag car (th350 vs. c4) and if you are already making an adapter/flex plate that will work ill have to put that on my list when i order my cam
going fast, i can do that... this going sideways thing is tricky.....

That sound deadoning is going to be a pain if you keep ignoring it, Or are you planning on just spraying over it? I looked at the ladder locations earlyer and noticed It under there too. I use dry Ice on stuborn grit then a wire to bring her to a shine.
I have a coupe also and know it takes a little more than the hatch's. For big guys that arn't too limber it can be a back ache and a half.
Are you using a spool or posi? I wouldn't bother using a heavy posi.
I would love to see the guts of the 10 bolt compared to a S13 diff layed out in one pic.

Finally got some more money to spend on this car.If I don't sell parts I cant spend money on the car lol.I got some parts in order.I order the axles and the spool and then is going to get the fibergalss front end put on and a roll cage that's the schedule for now.

Nice progress guys. Did you get the rear suspension dialed in? I am debating about staying independent rear suspension or going to a ladder bar setup for my 10.50 index car (would love to run x275 but no idea how to get a 240sx to run 4.9 second 1/8 miles. Huge fan of what ur doing keep it up

Actually I sold all of the rear suspension and bought a Ford 9 inch.I have being busy with the business so I have no time to play with it for right know.Actually I thought of even selling this whole project but then decided to keep.But if a good offers comes along I might consider selling it.torch'd wrote:Nice progress guys.
