Amazing build man. Those turbos are hanging out pretty far i didnt see a bracket to support them. It might be to tight but that would deffinatly help prevent future cracking.

Turbohardbody- thanks man. It has a brace that you really cant see from above. Its been there since first start so im kinda stumped why it keeps cracking. I was thinking maybe the brace is what's causing it. Like if the brace doesn't get hot enough to expand with the exhaust but idk. I believe its thicker than quarter inch and run down to the block where the
a/c used to be.

Intake manifold never had any problems. Still drive the car about 3 times a week plus drifting and drag. Just hit 4300 miles on the engine. Eric with Brewed Motorsports is still working with me on the tuning. I was running into fueling problems before it was the pump and is all good now with the 044. The 300zx spec stage 3+ is still holding it down as well.

Hope everyone had a good christmas and happy new years :)

Well damn it's been forever since I've been on here. I bumped into someone the other day that saw my build on here way back. So I am here checking it out.

Hope everyone is doing good and keeping at. I realized I never posted any dyno results and just fell off checking on this thread. Engine ran most of the time on Q16 and made 448whp with some fueling issues on the dyno. Tuned more on the street after fixing the fueling problem. The exhaust manifold held great for years after the last time I welded it. Years later I then switched to E85, I did end up spinning a bearing after I switched to E85. I believe from just the blow by and not changing the oil as frequent etc. Anyways slapped it back together with the same pistons and new rods, bearings, rings and gaskets etc.

I have been running E85 since just because I did like to drive it on the street and Q16 was $20/gallon, not happening lol. Just recently in 2022 the manifold cracked again by the turbo because I didn't let it warm up enough. I bought a thick wall CX Racing manifold with a Garrett 60-1 and said ***** it! Then had to reweld it because it cracked by the wastegate lol, Easy fix though and had held up fine since then.

Been running it like this since and just hit the dyno yesterday and it put out 513whp and 512wtq at roughly 32psi on E85. Still feel my cam is holding me back but also this turbo is only good for 600-650hp. Anyways that's the update hope everyone is doing good, till next time
