I'm getting a Cometic HG, cams, custom intak manifold and am getting head work done so we'll see how the next results will turn out.

My goal is a reliable 400hp and am thinking about selling the AEM.
The AEM is great but it costs a lot to get someone to tune and seems a little overkill for 400hp. It does have some features that I like over the JWT ECU but I'm not sure if it's worth it. I'm still undecided on it.

I had a 60 trim but traded it for a 50 for better response.
This dyno was on the 50 trim

I haven't seen all my graphs yet and have only driven the car once. Full boost seemed to kick in at high 2000 rpm - mid 3000 rpm using.

Got bored tonight and decided to do an overlay of your plot vs. mine from a couple months ago. I'm thinking if I held boost (huge boost leak - DSM BOV leaked boost - went from 12 psi to 8 psi by redline), I should have been right near where you're at. Yet another striking similarity between the t3/t4 50 trim and the gt2871r...

My car is at my sponsors shop (Redshiftdc.com) but when I get it back I'll see what I can do about the maps.

Redshiftdc built the motor and AR Fabrication (http://www.arfabrication.com/) tuned it. Those guys are great and I'm definately going to go there for future tunning.

Hey Gary... I'm friends with PJ (VIP Garage) and I've met some of the Redshift guys....
I run a .64 GT2871R, 248/232 cam setup, cometic hg, stock internals, 550s, Bikirom, etc. I just wrote a new timing map today that is a world of difference in terms of response... I can't wait to run in the autox this weekend, should be totally different now

Not all setups are equal.... This is why someone can not tell you the How much HP you will make on given PSI and Turbo. Cory put down 325ish on 11-12PSI.

who was that directed towards? It's clear that our setups are similar in power delivery if u look at the plots, mine fizzled out due to a huge boost leak (falling to ~9psi from 12)... okis14's didn't since his boost was steady. I've also posted the compressor maps for the 2871 vs. the 50 trim t3/t4 (which both okis14 and Cory have)... very similar. Funny thing is though, with the boost leak I had my response was a bit laggy, so chances are the next time I dyno, the plot will look quite a bit different
